Introduction
The Embassy of Poland is pleased to announce the Visa Application Centre operated by VFS in Lviv, Kiev, Odessa, Donetsk, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Lutsk, Kharkiv, Simferopol and Vinnytsya. This service is available for Ukrainian residents/other country nationals legally residing in Ukraine who wish to apply for a Schengen visa to Poland. This site provides with details related to your application submission and collection process along with other useful information you need to know.

All applications collected by the Visa Application Centers will be sent to the Consulates General of Poland in Ukraine for assessment and resolution. Visa Application Centre staff has no say in the visa decisions taken by the Consul.

To visit Visa Application Centre you need to Schedule Appointment. You can book an appointment online or by calling the Call Centre. Please be informed that in case of registration through Call Centre you will be also able to get information concerning documents and visa applying process. Please note: you are required to contact the Call Centre for appointment scheduling personally.

Please note that in case if the available appointment date online is not suitable for you, you also have an option to contact the Call Centre for a suitable date which is preferable.

VISA APPLYING PROCESS
Step 1 : Prepare your application and supporting documents: Go to ‘All about your visas’ link on this website and find out details related to the visa category you want to apply for – here, you can find the applicable fee, documents required, Visa application form and more.
Step 2 : Book an appointment to visit Visa Application Centre: To visit Visa Application Centre you need to Schedule Appointment. You can book an appointment online or by calling the Call Centre . Details provided on this website will help you to schedule an appointment.
Step 3 : Submit your application: Visit Visa Application Centre as per appointment scheduled and submit your completed Visa Application Forms along with required supporting documents.
Step 4 : Pay applicable Fee: Submission Officer will advise you on total payable amount and guide you to the bank cashier where you will need to pay all required fees: Visa Fee needs to be paid in Euros or in local currency (Hryvnia), Service Fee needs to be paid in Hryvnia only. Separate receipt will be provided for all payments made at the cashier counter.

Please note:

In order to pay Visa Fee at the bank cashier / bank you are required to provide copy of 1 – 6 (in case if it contains any information) page of your internal passport. Payment should be made at the same day.
You can pay in Euros or in Hryvnia at the cashier counter at VAC or, in case if VAC has no cashier counter, you can pay the fees in the proper bank. Please note Bank will charge banking serfice fee.
When submitting application at the Visa Application Center, applicant is able to choose Courier passport delivery option.

TRACK YOUR APPLICATION
After submission, you can also check the status of your application online by simply providing your unique VAC Reference Number and date of birth (using the format dd/mm/yyyy). VAC reference number (starts with POIV, POLV, POTE, PORI, POLU, PODN, PODO, POKH, POKI, POOD, POKY, POZH, POVI or POSI) can be found on the Invoice-Cum-Receipt provided by the Submission Officer at the Visa Application Centre at the time of submission.

Important Information -

Please note that scheduling an appointment to submit your application at either the Embassy of Poland or the Visa Centre is FREE of COST. No additional money should be paid to anyone for this service. You can also visit the Visa Centre without an appointment ( except Visa Centers in Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kiev) which is also FREE of COST. Embassy warns applicants of taking assistance and consultations from any kind of unauthorized agents - especially agents offering such services outside the Consulates General and VAC entrance. Neither the Embassy nor VAC approve of such services and shall not assume any responsibility for their actions.
